I am daydreaming about fostering an abandoned mother dog and her litter. I have two totally selfish reasons for this dream. First, it would be more fun than I can even stand to imagine, having a houseful of puppies when my grandsons are here in April.
Second, there are very few things in the world softer and sweeter to touch than puppy lips.
